About me

My name is Saga Sandberg, born 2004 in Sweden. I am an actress trained at Calle Flygare Theatre School, where I recently completed the two year professional acting program. I work actively across film and television,  and I am drawn to stories that dare to go deeper — stories that stay with the audience long after the screen goes dark.

My experience includes roles in Viaplay’s Strandhotellet (seasons 3–4) with dialogue, stage work in Tigern at Alias Teatern, as well as commercial productions and a leading role in a web series at an early stage of my career. These projects have given me a strong foundation in both camera work and live performance.

As an actress, I value presence, emotional honesty, and vulnerability. I enjoy exploring complex characters and human contradictions, whether in subtle, intimate moments or more expressive performances. I am particularly interested in character-driven narratives and emotionally grounded storytelling.

Alongside acting, I have a creative background. I write, produce music, and play piano and guitar, and I'm also interested in the work behind the camera - it allows me to approach roles with a broad creative perspective.

My goal as an actress is to move the audience — to make them laugh until it hurts, or to feel so deeply that it almost takes their breath away.

I am based in Stockholm, with flexibility to work nationally and internationally.
